Products once delivered cannot be returned as grocery products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.
Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date in case a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team (Wehearyou@nainiflora.com) We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.
Nainiflora will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
We offer size exchanges only for the apparel category. For such a change, the customer will have to raise a complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Things to keep in mind for exchange:
> Exchange is only allowed on the same product.
> Product should be intact and unused.
> Exchange will be allowed only once.
> Please ensure tags are intact.
Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited to the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).
For both canceled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
